The highest in ranking group in decision taking consists of a rather few members committee so as the cast is flexible and efficient.

The running of the business is being practised in three levels which are defined by the Chief Executive - General Director and the Supervisors of the business departments (Production, Counting house, Storage, Supplies, Trade sector).

­ Elaboration and production of products for frosted and preserved foods).
­ Elaboration and production of cardboard manufacture products and cardboard manufacture special products for wider use.
­ Elaboration & production of wrapping papers.
­ Elaboration & production of products with extra process (paper bags, food paper bags, special products).

Products Packaging and Storage Sector

- Parceling and packaging with increased protection.
­ Controlled long-term storage –consignment.
­ Stock and orders control.
­ Short-term storage and preparation for distribution.

Customer Management and Financial Services Sector.

­ Sales – Cost accounting in advance and financial offer.
­ Study – Technical designing and evaluation.
­ Cost accounting and order entry.
­ Counting house.

Distribution Sector.

­ Movement and fleet of privately owned vehicles management office.
­ Commodities loading and trading.

Supplies Sector.
