Brand printed custom – made boxes

The so-called brand printed (with printed logo or name of each customer) boxes are produced in high specifications of quality, in all standardized dimensions and in dimensions that can be determined custom – made and are produced for the needs of each customer.

The company can undertake the designing in case that a certain design does not pre-exist, and it can propose new solutions as long as the customer desires it too. The procedure is described analytically at page 5 in the chapter “Customer Policy”.

The specifications, the quality characteristics of the raw materials and the elaboration are predetermined depending on the needs and the financial customer policy.

Except for the technical and quality characteristics these boxes are classified in two basic categories that come up from the available designs and they are:

A) CURRENT. Of constant recurrence of the customer’s design – logo that covers the total surface of the box with the same design. In one printing the most dimensions of the boxes needed by the customer are produced in limited cost for the production – order.

B) FITTING. Every single box has the specific design on the lid or the bottom or the combination of the two above, which can be adjusted in every single different dimension of the box.

This technique contributes to a better aesthetic result but it requires especial creation and printing for every single specific dimension of the box.

In the end, the boxes are packed in a packaging of long – term storage in 10-kilo packs in order the storage in the customer’s place is easy.

TART BOXES OF SPECIFIC DIMENSIONS

This category of boxes is designed and produced in short height as their basic characteristic. They are used mainly in confectionery to include short in height sweets, like tarts.

These boxes have internal plasticization suitable for foods. They are ONLY produced custom – made in brand printed boxes that may have the design Current or Fitting.
